Statement and objectives
The Linguistic Integration Program for Immigrants (PILI) of the Department of Cultural Communities and Immigration (MICC) aims to support immigrants in their approach to learning French so that they can integrate into Quebec society.
The program welcomes immigrants who have been living in Quebec for less than 3 years and can not speak French. To determine their level, the CLAM offers French tests administered by the agents of the Ministry of Immigration and Cultural Communities (MICC).
